Pantos is a research project conceived by the team behind Bitpanda who joined forces with scientists from the Vienna University of Technology, the Austrian Academy of Sciences and the Research Institute for Arts and Technology (RIAT).
The public beta of Pantos, a carefully designed multi-blockchain solution, was recently launched. After years of research and development, the team is ready to demonstrate the seamless transfer of digital assets across multiple blockchains. The public beta has already launched on several testnets, including Ethereum, BNB Chain, Avalanche, Polygon, Cronos, Celo, and Fantom. This launch marks an important step towards building the future of interoperability.
Bitpanda raised $503 million from Jump Capital and other funds.
Initiated in 2018 by the Bitpanda team in collaboration with TU Wien, Pantos was originally conceived as a research and development project.
The public beta is an important step in the development of the Pantos project. This beta test already allows you to test many of the important features that Pantos will offer.
A public beta is a way to get feedback on a product before it's released. During beta testing, users can try the product to help the team understand what works well and what needs improvement. This is an important step in the development process and helps ensure that the final product meets the requirements. Feedback received during the public beta will be reviewed and used to make necessary changes prior to the official release of the product.
Let's start testing.
